After I have talked with you and learned the facts of your criminal case I will quote you a flat fee to handle your case from start to finish. This fee will include all legal work, including motions and trial. It will include a flat fee quote for any type criminal case from first degree murder to traffic violations. You decide if you want to go to trial. The fee will not change no matter how complicated your case may become.
This fee structure is advantageous to you as you know exactly how much your attorney fee will be. Most often attorneys will quote you a retainer and later charge by the hour, court appearance, or going to trial—you never know exactly what it will cost and if you can’t pay the increased cost, you may be dumped to the public defender.
I will personally handle your case. You won’t get stuck with a new or inexperienced attorney. I have handled more than 25,000 criminal cases and jury tried hundreds of case with not guilty verdicts in most all major felony cases.
I charge a percentage of the amount money recovered for your injury claim. The fee is one third of the recovery before a lawsuit is filed and forty percent after a lawsuit has been filed. There is a very substantial amount of legal work to obtain a good result in your case.
I advance all costs to pursue your case including retaining all necessary experts to properly get the most money for you. The costs are deducted from any settlement or judgment. However, if your case is not won, I will pay all the costs and it will cost you nothing.
